For people who've been told there's nothing more that can be done and know there's more to their health story.

If you're living with hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hEDS), Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder (HSD), or a related condition like POTS or MCAS, and you're tired of navigating a system that doesn't have the framework to understand you, this is for you.

I built this practice because I needed it myself.

I received my own hEDS diagnosis after years of appointments, dismissals, and a healthcare system with no clear pathway to offer me.

I know what it costs to keep explaining yourself to people who don't quite understand. And I know that when someone finally takes the time to listen, believe you and connect the dots, something shifts, even before we've explored any practical changes

HEALTH COACHING

Practical, whole-person support for living well with a complex condition.

Health coaching isn't therapy, and it isn't a replacement for medical care. It sits between clinical advice and real-life implementation, providing the practical, personalised support that helps you understand your body, implement what your medical team recommends, and build a life that works around your condition rather than against it.

HEALTH ADVOCACY

You shouldn't have to fight this hard to be taken seriously.

Health advocacy is one of the most distinctive things I offer, and there is currently no one else in the UK doing this specifically for the hEDS community. If you've had referrals denied, been told your symptoms are anxiety, or spent years in diagnostic limbo with no clear path forward, advocacy can change that.

Thinking about working together?

Before you make your decision, I’d love to have a chat.

Book a free discovery call to find out more about how I can support you, talk through what you’re looking for, and see if we feel like the right fit. No pressure, just a friendly conversation to help you decide what feels right for you.

A network that actually talks to each other.

Living with a complex condition like hEDS often means you need more than one kind of support and those practitioners rarely coordinate. I work closely with a trusted network of independent specialists and refer directly when more targeted input is needed. No gatekeeping. No starting from scratch every time.
